I'm a native Californian with my professional career in San Diego. A natural
adjunct to my activities in churches, community and charitable organizations
- and the one I have enjoyed the most -
has been performing weddings and
wedding vows renewals.
Over the years I've performed thousands of weddings, in every conceivable
venue
- religious and secular -
and with many different cultural and
traditional aspects. And each has been as personal and unique as the beautiful
couple getting married.
I hope to hear from you. Together we can develop a uniquely beautiful and
memorable wedding ceremony. After all, your wedding day is...
Just for You

I couldn't possibly cover every aspect of the perfect wedding for you on this
website, so please call me and let's talk about your plans. Or, better yet,
let's meet.
Let me know what plans and ideas you have so far and I'll help you develop a
wedding ceremony that is as special and unique as you are.
As the saying goes, "Your wishes are my command" (yes, the Bride is always the
boss!) You may wish to incorporate cultural traditions - your choice may be
either a spiritual or secular ceremony - you might have special readings you'd
like to include - in short, whatever you wish. I will make the ceremony
beautiful and meaningful for you, your family and guests.

You are right to be choosing and securing your professionals
(minister/officiant, photographer, musician, etcetera) as early as possible.
When we meet, I'll provide you with a "count down list" that may be of help in
organizing your schedule.
There's a lot to be done to prepare for the perfect wedding and it can seem a
little overwhelming at times. I've been doing this for years so let me help you
in any way I can.

Virtually all wedding ceremonies are centered around the basics of the
traditional nuptial ceremony which originated in Europe. You are probably
familiar with the outline:
The Bride is "given away", the Bride and Groom declare their intent (repeat
their "I Do's"), then exchange their vows and rings.
Most couples today want these basics, with the addition of their own personal
touches. When we meet we'll start with the basic outline then personalize it
....
Just for You.
There are a number of special touches that can be added to your ceremony such
as the Unity Candle, the Rose Presentation, the Bread & Wine, and many cultural
traditions.
Readings, such as a favorite love poem or a personal letter, are often included.
You'll find literally hundreds of books and other materials in the library, at
the bookstore, or on the Internet. For me to try to list them here would be
impossible, however, I'll give you some samples when we meet. Often you, or
your family and friends, already have something
special in mind that is ....
Just for You.

At the wedding, I'll present you with a personal "Wedding Certificate". It is
my gift to you as a keepsake of what will be one of the most memorable days of
your life.
